Default page (Open ticket) Empty

Hi

Thank you for developing this plugins, I like a lot.

I just installed and noticed that the default page for tickets is empty
When I checkt the content for this page from the editor of wordpress I found on it:

wpsp_open_ticket]

I change this for:

[wp_support_plus]

I’m not sure if it’s an error but was a bit confusing for me, my fist think was plugin was working.
