Default Product Order – Upload Time?

    Products seem to be order-sorted by upload time. Last upload appears first. This is happening on the vendor page, using a multi-vendor plugin, Dokan.

    How can I edit the upload time? Tried changing publish time of the product and that hasn’t changed anything.

    Can provide an example page if needed.

    Correction: products are not ordered by Product ID.

    Are you referring to the display on the front end, or the backend?

    Looking at the front end, that a customer would interface with.

    It’s just the vendor storefront. /shop seems fine.

    I would suggest speaking to the authors of your multi-vendor plugin. By default WooCommerce products are sorted on publish time/date, and editing that will change the order.

    It sounds like they’re setting the sort order a different way, perhaps by ID.
