Default Registration Form Fields are gone

Hey there,

I have a problem with the default registration formular. Suddenly it was completely empty. So I thought, ok, let’s see if it works in a former database state, export it from there (plugin versions are the same) and reimport it into the newer database state via wordpress data export and import (the xml file).

After I delted the corrupted form and reimported it from an older database state the newer form is still corrupted. Unfortunately the form is still empty. Am I doing something wrong here? Why are all the fields gone?

If it would be just a simple form it would be ok to resetup. But this is a long form (30 and more fields) with conditionals.
