I can’t set the default sorting by A-Z. No option available in the title element, nor in the navigation. Please bring an option to set those two options. I want to set A-Z instead of the default price sorting.

The option to set sorting by A–Z is already available in our free version. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance on where to find and enable this setting.
