Default Ticket Template selection

When someone creates an event, there needs to be a default ticket template automatically selected. Guests are not recieving tickets and I have hundreds of emails from people asking where their tickets are. You cannot properly scale using EventPrime without this functionality. How can you sell tickets to an event with a platform that does not automatically generate tickets?
