Default Worker

I have configured the settings for the appointment calendar on our site. I am looking for a way to set the default worker.
We have 2 locations: Calgary and Edmonton.
I have all workers listed with their schedule, plus an additional “worker” of “No Preference” I have created 2 “No Preference” workers for both locations.
I would like “No Preference” to display as default for each location.
How can I do that?
