    Hi,

The Meta box plugin works fine, but on my standard posts with no custom taxonomy I use the default WordPress Custom Fields, when I try to add one of these custom fields it doesn’t get added to the list of Custom Fields directly. When I refresh the edit page of the post the Custom Field is added.

When I temporarily disabled the Meta Box plugin and tried adding a Custom Field it did get added without the need for a page refresh.

I only use the Meta Box plugin on a custom taxonomy, so how come it’s interfering with standard posts which don’t use any Meta Box fields? And how can I fix this?

    Kind regards,
    Jan

After a lot of frustration and searching on the internet I found the problem. Sort of.

After reinstalling the WordPress core this problem and multiple others went away.
Why deinstalling this plugin seems to fix it, I’ve got no clue.

My problem has been solved atleast.
