It traverses me to the user profile page, then I try to enable two-factor authentication, but it not working

Once the Two-factor Authentication is active, it is required for the user to enable it before getting access to the whole site.
You may deactivate the plugin via FTP. Please go to /wp-content/wp-plugins/ locate the wp-defender folder and rename it to something else. After this, please access your site and go to Plugins. This will deactivate the plugin in the database. Rename back the plugin’s folder to wp-defender and activate the plugin again.
This should deactivate the Two Factor Authentication.

Regarding your issue, please contact your hosting provider and make sure their time is matching the real unixtimestamp time.
