@montari Could you please try to uncheck the option “Enable merging of Javascript files” and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?
All the JavaScript options( are uncheck ) and the same issue does not change the problem is with the defer!?

@montari Have you performed a conflict test yet?
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.
Hello i tried to deactivate all plugins but doesn’t help .
How can i find the right javascript file to exclude it from the defer process?

@montari Do you see any notice with the filename in the PageSpeed Insights?
I did all this things and but doesn’t help.
Only when Use the “defer” HTML attribute it work normal but doesn’t help with speed and performance

@montari If selecting “Defer all the JavaScript files” gives error then could you please check “Defer selected JavaScript files” option and add the following files to it
