Defer/schedule Background optimization

Hello,

To avoid overloading my server during the day, when we’re working on it, I’d like to disable automatic optimization at import time, and program this optimization to run at night.

I’ve found the tutorial for disabling EWWW_DISABLE_ASYNC, but I can’t find any information on cron jobs.

Can you advise me on the settings to be made?
