DEFER SITEGROUND OPTIMIZER COMBINED CSS

    Hello,

    I am using SG as a reliable hosting provider. For this I am expecting their excellent support to help me out.

    I am getting a warning on pagespeed insights:
    Resources are blocking the first paint of your page. Consider delivering critical JS/CSS inline and deferring all non-critical JS/styles

    The first is the combined CSS siteground-optimizer-combined-css-[token]…

    I am searching for a way to defer this file, since it is not offered in the plugin settings. Any ideas? To me it’s completely necessary and I am finding this issue in most of my wordpress projects.

    Maybe another option is to user preload… In any case I don’t find any of these.

    You can’t defer CSS the same way JS is deferred. Well, actually you CAN but you shouldn’t since that would cause huge layout shift. We will add preloading option for this combined CSS file though.

    I believe you can defer CSS as long as you create and load Critical CSS. Is this planed?
