Define reset Point?

    just found this smart reset plugin and it looks very nice.

    I want an improvment, after WordPress installation I always make those changes
    + deactivate comments
    + delete hello world post and default page, remove them from trash
    + deinstall akismet and dolly plugins
    + activate permalink

    so my reset should bring me back to this point, is this possible?
