“define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true );” in wp-config.php

I found this rule:

define( 'WP_CACHE', true );

in “wp-config.php” at the very beginning of the file, just after “<?php.”

I would like to ask you if LSCache automatically adds this rule to this document.
