delay all scripts and load order

I want to delay all scripts, internal and external.

However, when I enter a keyword like / or { the plugin doesn’t load any javascript. It seems like the keywords must be two characters long at least.

The other and more important issue I’m having is that scripts don’t load in the correct order, which results in js errors.

Can we fix that?
