I would like to delay an automation such as sending a follow up email. Is this possible?

Of course! You can delay or schedule any action you want. We have more information about setting up delays and scheduling here: https://automatorplugin.com/knowledge-base/scheduled-actions/

Please note though that this feature is only available in our Pro plugin. Actions in our free version always run instantly.
