Delay Chatbot Pop Up

    Can an option be provided to delay chatbot popup icon by a few seconds or another solution? I have a shortcut bar at the buttom on Blocksy theme and this triggers accessibility issues :

    hi @temovision

    yes under Popup tab there is “auto open” option you can use that.

    will check for that aria issue and let you know.

    okay won’t want it to auto open as it will disrub site readers who may not want to interact with bot.

    oh so do you mean displaying the popup icon with delay? not the popup window?

    Yeah icon delay in secs!!! Coz I think if it loads after the shortcut bar, the issue maybe solved
