1. The email is formed immediately, but the speed of sending and receiving notifications depends on the work of your mail server.
2. The plugin takes an event’s time from your WP website time. To sync the time zone please check the settings on the WP admin panel WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> General Settings —> Timezone.

Thank you for the reply..
1. Ok, I will check by changing my SMTP server.
2. The timezone does not sync. I have the correct Timezone set at WordPress. I have also checked my Plesk time zone setting. Both are correct.
Does the plugin only recognize UTC and not city as timezone? Coz I have set my city at wp timezone setting. The mail follows the universal time and not my local time.

Please, also check the option ‘Timezone’ in your CleanTalk dashboard -> Profile -> Profile options. Is it correct?

Hi,
That was not set. I have set the timezone at CleanTalk dashborad to my country and try to log in to my site. The time is still not correct.
