Delayed Post to Klaviyo API

    We are seeing delays in sending data to Klaviyo when an order is completed. These are averaging about an hour between order placement and the event sending to Klaviyo. We reached out to their support and they told us to ask Woo what might be causing the issue.

    Attached is a status report, if it helps. As of now we have a standard cron running.

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    Delays in sending data to Klaviyo can sometimes be caused by how WooCommerce processes events or scheduled actions via the cron jobs. Since you mentioned that you have a standard cron running, it’s worth checking if the events related to order completion are being processed as expected.

    Could you please share screenshots of the Order Notes for the affected orders? This will help us understand whether the issue is occurring during the order processing or at a later stage.

    Additionally, any logs or error messages from WooCommerce or Klaviyo might provide more insight.

    Thanks for the follow-up. After sending more data to Klaviyo, it was determined the issue was on their side and it has been addressed. There was an apparent issue with the webhooks again.
