Delaying Order Completed Emails

Hi there!

Our warehouse takes an estimated 2-3 days to dispatch orders.
There is solutions available to mark orders as completed automatically which is great, However I would like to delay the ‘Order Complete’ email for 3 days to ensure our dispatch roughly lines up with the email being sent.

Any suggestions here would be awesome, thanks!
