delete a post or page

When you delete a post or page, cached memory is not deleted on the pages in which it is supposed to delet. (as in post-update mode)
For example:
http://www.easyhome.co.il/%D7%9E%D7%90%D7%9E%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%9D/
A few minutes ago I deleted all posts except one.
