delete admin account

HI
i tried to delete the admin account on wordpress and searched for many solution and the last i got is to first make a superadmin then change the e mail address under settings general then delete. the problem is that when changing the e mail address it says “the email will not change until confirmed” i did not enable the mailing settings on wordpress so how to confirm that? or in easier way how to delete the admin account.
