Delete and reinstall

Hi,
I installed the plugin, deleted it after just a few minutes, and then immediately reinstalled it.
1. Is it ok? Can it cause any problems?
2. Did I have to do anything else besides clicking deactivate and then delete to remove the plugin completely?
3. Did I have to do something special when I reactivated the plugin after it was previously deleted?

Also,
4. if I just deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it, does it keep all the settings and changes I made prior to deactivating it?
