delete and remove all traces?

    awhile back I managed to get something corrupted and I have some serious issues with if a plugin was network activated, and subsequently deactivated in remains activated on the subsite

    its possible this was a conflict with Multisite Enhancements but I’m not really sure

    as of now I am going to each of my many subsites and deactivating all plugins manually

    I’d like to get a fresh start and would like to completely delete Multisite Plugin Manager including any and all traces left behind in the DB in order to start over

    can you advise what tables might have settings etc that might get left behind?

    this problem persists – can’t believe you don’t support your plugin

    if I Network Deactivate a plugin it leaves it activated on per site subsites

    usually seems to be just plugins that are Network Activate ONLY

    definitely a conflict with Multisite Enhancement – but they don’t activate/deactivate plugins – so it must be coming from this one

    Network activate/Deactivate is a function of WP core, and it doesn’t go and activate/deactivate on each site individually, it simply overrides each sites plugins if active. If a plugin is network deactivated, then it can still remain active on various individual subsites where it was activated previously per site. That is how WP works by default, and is not at all controlled or related to this plugin, or a conflict with another plugin.

    However Multisite Plugin Manager does provide a helpful tool in that you can do a “Bulk Deactivate” where it will attempt to loop through all subsites and deactivate on each. This does not support very large multisite networks however because of technical limitations.
