What message are you getting when trying to remove it?
there is no message. there’s not even a delete button, which is usually in the bottom corner

Try deleting it via FTP. Your hosting provider will have a file manager that will allow you to navigate your WordPress installation. If it doesn’t then you can use an FTP program. You can see step-by-step instructions here:

Thats very helpful and I’ve deleted it but it now says that my current theme needs a parent theme, which i assume is the Boardwalk. I am using Cubic
Hi, in that case you would need to keep Boardwalk installed on your site as Cubic is using it as a parent theme. You would just need to re-install the Boardwalk theme from here and then upload it back into your site.
