delete data when plugin is uninstall

Hello, on the deactivation and deletion of the plugin the data is not deleted, how to delete it? or If someone know how to disable the double autentification of a specific user in the database?

I scanned the bad QR code so I no longer have access when the plugin is activated, and plugin does not delete its data when plugin is delete so when I install again I still blocked. I would reinitiate or desactive just for one user on database.
