Delete first image from all posts

    I would like to use the Search Regex plugin to remove the first image from all posts now that I have started using Featured Images exclusively. The posts all have an image then text and then additional images below.

    Basically, I’m looking for help with coming up with the Search Pattern that will identify the first image in each post so I can replace with blank.

    Any help appreciated!
