Thanks for getting in touch with us. I’ve gone ahead and removed the requested images from our servers. We can do the same for other images your site, can you please send over a list of links that you’d like removed?
Our removal tool can only remove individual links at this stage so we can’t just state a site to remove from.

I appreciate your help! The image we had been requested to remove was the one you removed, so we are good right now. If we need anymore removed in the future will contact again.

@davidlorenz We have now removed the image from our cache.
@yourmovetoaus We will not be able to do that, as the original file still exists; if I were to flush this image from our cache, it would be cached again within minutes.
If you wish to use a different image in one of your posts or somewhere on your site, I would recommend that you upload a new image and replace the old image by the new one.
I hope this clarifies things a bit.
@everybody else If you would like one of your images to be removed from Photon Cache:
- The original image must not exist anymore.
- You must give us the exact Photon image path you’d like to see deleted from our cache.
- You will get a faster answer if you contact us via email about this.

I have deleted the file already from the post and also from my image gallery. What else do I need to do? Where does this file still exist?

I spoke to my web host and they have cleared their cache so it should not exist anymore. Can you please try to delete it now?
The image is now gone from our cache as well, as you can see if you try to load the image at the link you posted above.
@webmasteraccem The image currently served by Photon seems to be the same as the original image:
https://www.accem.es/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/i/ical_feed.gif
Deleting the image from Photon cache consequently won’t change anything.
If you’d like to change the color of that image, start by replacing the original image. Then contact us via this form; we will then flush Photon’s cache for that image for you.
