I’ve tested this on the latest version of Membership 2 and WP 4.3 and I managed to delete users from Users -> All Users without any issue http://screencast.com/t/7F38oAnUV.
Can you please add more details on what error your getting when you try to delete a user?

Hi there,
Having restored a backup I am currently using an older version of the plugin where everything seems to work fine except for the add-ons section which returns a fatal error, so I’ll stick to it for the time being, as it’s the most reliable solution for my website from all the plugins I tested. I may update it in the future when I see that no other bugs are posted in the forum.

Fair enough, you can use the older version if you really want to. We’re working on fixing all the bugs in the current version and have already pushed an update (4.0.0.5) which should fix all the bugs reported in 4.0.0.4.
