Greetings and thanks for posting! The plugin keeps chats in a log in the database like described here:

Our premium version has features to edit messages from the back-end thought that’s not integrated in this lite version. To manage the chat messages with this, you’d need to access the database, much more easily done using a plugin like this:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/adminer/
You could easily edit the wp_chat_message table in the database to alter messages.
