Delete my UpdraftPlus account?

    Hi all,

    I have asked UpdraftPlus to delete my account that I have on their site, but I was directed to this forum.

    However, I do not understand how someone in this forum is able to delete my UpdraftPlus account.

    Is there anyone who can help me with this?

    According to GDPR, a company must be able to delete an account at the request of a customer, regardless of whether the customer has a premium subscription or not.

    We can then remove your account for you.

    I contacted you via that very contact form before contacting you on LinkedIn and here. But I have not received any response from you when I used the contact form which is only for premium customers.

    I think it is terrible that you have no way to contact you with such a private question on your website, even though you do not have a premium account.

    I will tell others about this so that they do not experience this.
