Delete orders

    Hello,
    I got a question about deleting order. I got around 20000 orders in my system that is completed and delivered. My website is running slow because i have over 600 000 database inputs from all the orders.

    If i delete the orders in admin backend will orders still remain at customer order history page?

    Or how should i do it?
    Can i in some way export them and then delete all orders?
    Or is it suggested to use more databases for one webiste?

    Hello,

    When I deleted 30000 orders my shop has been loading a lot faster.
    And no more database crash.

    If you delete orders customers won’t see them anymore, but my experience is that they do not care.

    Please post a feedback after deleting the orders.

    Before deleting those orders, I’d recommend backing them up, either via a database backup or by exporting them to a CSV file. If you’d like to export to CSV, I recommend this plugin:
