Delete orders transactions

    How can I clean up the transactions records. I have done extensive testing and now have many transaction records and I want to delete them. When my site goes live I will also want to remove old transactions. Am I missing a way to do this? surely there must be a way but I just cant find it.

    If anyone has found a way please let me know.

    Hello @rogeredge,

    You can enable bulk actions to delete test transactions which will also delete related subscription and license; please see this screenshot.

    Thank you so much. I see there has been an update and now has a delete test orders.

    I there a way to delete the test customers?

    Hello there,

    At the moment, there isn’t a built-in UI option to remove customers directly from the plugin.

    If you’re comfortable working with the database, you can manually clear the data from the fct_customer table. Please note that doing so will remove all customer records.

    Make sure to take a full database backup before proceeding.
