Yes, it is possible.
In settings of pricing table find “Enable Footer Row” checkbox and uncheck it. And it will disable the whole row with Read more button.

I found that checkbox but it also removes the Submit button and I want to keep that one.

Unfortunately now there is now such ability. But we will try to fix this in next version of plugin.
In the meantime, you can try simply to delete the text from the cell.
