If you press the delete button then it is deleted.
Not work, redirect still have in list.
Is there an error? Does your site use caching? If so, it is almost certainly the problem
After i press delete, have pop up bottom right, “Saving… -> Redirection saved”
As I understand it should write “Redirection deleted”
All cache clear.
It will say Redirection saved.
This seems specific to your website, and the most likely explanation is caching. I have seen this problem before on a few other sites and caching was the underlying cause.
There may be multiple caches on your site, including your database.
I off plugin WP Fastest Cache, still have problem.

Sure, this sounds very much like a cache issue. What host are you on?
Maybe there are other things like this, I don’t know. As I keep saying, this is specific to your site, and it would be useful if you tried to dig further. Maybe you can contact Bluehost
