Hi, I deleted every Thumbnails of my post by mistake in remove Thumbnails buttom, is there any way I can recover it again?

Use Apply Mapping button. It will add thumbnails to all existing posts.

Unfortunately Apply Mapping will only add category thumbnails to your posts. The program has no way of knowing about thumbnails added manually.
