Tickets can only be deleted from the admin tickets list screen. Check the checkboxes near the ticket title and use the action dropdown at the top of the list to delete them.
This is what has been done, but on the frontend user’s page tickets list yet appear in all but closed not deleted.
When deleting tickets, please make sure to *not* filter out closed ticket (it is the default behavior). This might be the reason why closed tickets aren’t deleted.

Backend -> In Admin : 0 ticket
Backend -> In Agent : 3 tickets but invisible
Frontend -> In Customer : all tickets but closed not deleted…

I said. I set it to all. After reading this post. But two data still in users account ticket that is not available in admin ticket.
