Delete writing fonts

    Hello

    I use Elementor pro with the OceanWP theme.

    After testing on gtmetrix I see that all of the fonts are loaded. Which is not good.
    I use a single font on my entire site and I plan to display it in your plugin with css.

    My question:
    How to remove the loading of all these fonts from your plugin ???

    Hello, dear delsergio.

    To solve this problem, edit the file total-soft-poll-settings.php. On the 51 and 52 lines delete those fonts that you do not want.

    Please remove the same font on those two lines.

    If I remove all the fonts from Total-Soft-Poll-Settings.php they are still loaded on my site.

    So I also remove them from Total-Soft-Poll-Options.php and from Total-Soft-Poll-Widget.php But WordPress alerts me that there is a technical problem on my site at this address: “https: / /delsergine.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=Total_Soft_Theme?TS_Poll_Nonce=56909d5239 ”

    I think that integrating all these external fonts into your plug-in is not a good thing. It would have been enough to use the site’s default font.

    Please give me good full instructions on how to fix this problem.

    Thanks for the answer. Please take a screenshot on the file total-soft-poll-settings.php. I want to see what was deleted. Did you everything right? If you did as we told you, then everything should work fine.

    You only need to remove from total-soft-poll-settings.php.

    I deleted lines 51 and 52. The plugin does not crash but it still loads fonts into gtmetrix.

    Finally I uninstall it and would like to be reimbursed. I bought the plan for $ 15. Please tell me the procedure to be reimbursed (purchase made via paypal).

    We will update the plugin. Please remove the plugin and clear the database of the polls. After that, reinstall it and you will have fewer fonts.
