Deleted capability always reappears

I was trying to add capabilities from a plugin I was using (Meet the Team)

As I was experimenting with possible capabilities, I incorrectly entered something into the capability field. Instead of adding “manage_Wpmtpv2_columns”, I added “\’manage Wpmtpv2 Columns”

I tried to delete the invalid capability, but it never goes away. I could try and remove it 100 times and it would still reappear on the list of capabilities after a refresh. How do I get rid of it?
