Hi ArielK,
After I did that that css file remains while others are gone. I remember I tried to simply delete it but website speed tests reported error and I try to avoid any sort of errors.
EDIT: others except global css

If you do not want to load the global colors and fonts, you can turn this option off in the Elementor settings page > Global Color / Fonts

It doesn´t have to do anything with global colors. It was a file I uploaded and used but the whole post is gone along with the file which is deleted and Elementor is still having it saved in its css files.
+ Global colors are already disabled.

I did that and it keeps coming back. I have no idea why.

Neither do we and this is genuinely what I believe to be an isolated case.
How long before it reappears after deletion? If you delete the file from your cpanel file mgr or ftp client and keep refreshing that folder does it show back up instantly as if it was possibly never really deleted at all or does it show up in a couple minutes, hours, next day? Does it show up immediately after running Elementor > Tools > Regen CSS which might be the best way to prove it is indeed Elementor that is resurrecting this file?
We can use a tool like Adminer (wp plugin) or phpMyAdmin to check the database tables and confirm there isn’t some oddity with that post id (matching the css file name).

It did show up practically after a minute or so. But I did some redesign on my page and it doesn´t show up anymore.
