There are too many files on the server. After researching, I found that your plugin does not delete deleted files (.deleted and .crashed) as files. They are still listed as files with 0 bytes. Where can I set deleted files to be deleted as well?

    Hi @hello146,

    Thank you for your message.

.deleted files are generated when an image converted to WebP is no smaller than the original image. This happens if the images were previously compressed or if a higher quality is selected in the “Conversion strategy” field.

.crashed files are generated when the image is damaged during conversion. This happens if the original images are damaged or something unexpected happens during the conversion process. This is a very rare situation.

The .deleted and .crashed files are very important. This prevents the plugin from converting the same files over and over again.

Please tell me how many .deleted and .crashed files you have? What quality value do you have in the “Conversion strategy” field?

    Best,
    Mateusz
