Deleted Images

    Hi,

    I just used this tool, and clicked the meta deletion option (I think) and product images (featured images) are completely gone on a lot of products. Would this have caused this? From the description of what the checkbox did, it doesn’t seem like it should have.

    Any ideas?

    Hey @baritchie – thanks for your message sorry for my slow reply.

    Did the images disappear from Media Library altogether? Or just some thumbnail sizes?
    It is possible that just some thumbnail sizes are removed if the featured images were not correctly registered by the WP theme. RTA plugin will remove the thumbnail sizes that aren’t listed in the theme sizes.
