Deleted plugin, still get emails about cache

that’s _very_ weird @jasoncharlesstuartking, the code to send that mail is inside the autoptimize-folder (cfr. https://github.com/futtta/autoptimize/blob/master/classlesses/autoptimizeCacheChecker.php#L34-L55) so if removed I can’t see how AO could keep on sending mails …

the only workaround I can think of would be to tell AO (even though it’s not there any more) not to send mail with this line of code;

add_filter('autoptimize_filter_cachecheck_do','__return_false');

in that case; couldn’t the mail be from one of your other installations (the next version of AO will include the site_url() in the mail)?
