Deleted Redirect Still Redirecting

I am trying to create a new sales page on my client’s website, and when I went to edit the page, it redirected me, which we had originally setup after the cart closed.

I deleted the redirect pretty link, but when I went to check it again, it continues to redirect me to the cart closed page.

I have duplicated the page, and that is also redirecting me. I have also deleted the cache on both the website + my browser.

I have access to the cPanel and have also deleted the link from php as well.

I need to be able to see this page in order to create/update the new sales page as I have no access to the content – please help!
