deleted redirects still present

    I had a redirect in place, deleted it and then tried to re-add it (linking from the original URL to a new one) but somehow the old redirect is still in affect. Thought it was a W3 Cache problem, but still there after clearing the cache. Is there some other process for flushing out old redirects?
