Hope you are doing fine.
Could you check if the Settings > Privacy section in the form is set to “Use Default” or “Custom”? If it is set to “Default” you may need to also check the Global settings under Forminator > Settings > Submissions > Forms Privacy > Submissions Retention. If the Global settings are set to not keep submissions, then the form may be inheriting the same configuration.

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate it, remove any sensitive information, and then export it. You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
