Deleted submissions

    I’d like to know why Forminator is deleting periodically all the submissions of a form I created on my website. I’d prefer to keep all the submissions as an archive, but periodically I found the submissions page empty, even if the preferences are set to never delete them. Any suggestion ?

    Hi @fabrymac

    Hope you are doing fine.

    Could you check if the Settings > Privacy section in the form is set to “Use Default” or “Custom”? If it is set to “Default” you may need to also check the Global settings under Forminator > Settings > Submissions > Forms Privacy > Submissions Retention. If the Global settings are set to not keep submissions, then the form may be inheriting the same configuration.

    In case you need additional assistance to review the settings, you can send some screenshots of the mentioned sections. Also, you can share a export of the form. Please take a look at the following doc:

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate it, remove any sensitive information, and then export it. You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
