First of all thank you very much for this nice plugin. It’s been really a breeze to use and configure.

For some reasons however I can’t seem to find how to delete a record (except going to phpmyadmin which I’d like to avoid). I went several however the various menus and options and just can’t see it. I am sure this must be really simple and help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

in the list participants page in the admin, there are checkboxes on the left for each record. check the ones you want to delete, then click the “delete” button at the top of that column of checkboxes.

Oh yes, I now see the button except it is grayed out and clicking on it does nothing. 🙁

You have to select a record to delete first.

Sorry, forgot to reply: Yes I do select them and the button remains unclickable. I could put a screenshot “somewhere” if needed.

So what other option do I have?

    Thank you.

OK, well that indicates a problem with the javascript. Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. Usually a problem like this comes from another plugin that also has javascript on that page.

Yes! I am running v1.6.2.5 which I think is the latest. Disabling all my plugins though did make the button work. Unfortunately those are other extentions that are also needed, so I guess I’ll just have to disable them when I want to delete a record from now on.

Thank you very much for the support!
