deleting scroll list

Hi,
I want to modify the fragment of the page. Before you can click on calendar you have to chose one option from list. My intention is to delete this necessity, because services are just the same (only one difference between services is amount of person) and I intend to add new custom field which does the work. My problem is how to delete this list and enable using calendar and form from the beginning of rezevation?
