deleting site

I am trying to delete a blog site (actually 3) that uses (or is even hosted by) WordPress. I go through the procedure and it tells me it will send me an email. And the site will finally be deleted when I click the link. I have even changed the email address a couple of times to make sure there isn’t a typo. And it does not land in the spam folder. It just plain never shows up.

What can I do? This is the only place I could even figure out how to contact for help.
