On the plugins page, you can select the plugin you want to delete with the checkbox at the left of the plugin. Then use the “Bulk Actions” at the top to delete it: dropdown the action list, select “Delete”, then hit “Apply”

That does not help. My bulk action only provides “Activate” and “Update”. There is no “Delete” option.
Sorry to hear that. The only other option is to delete the plugin folder. The plugin folder can be found at wp-content/plugins/, delete the crowdsignal-forms folder there and it should not show anymore on you wp-admin area.

I do not have access to the wordpress folders for my site is hosted at wordpress.com. Could you put in the next update to provide a “delete” option.
