Deleting this plugin- still some issues

Sometime ago I installed this plugin and it only made it worst… google wouldn’t index my posts… I deleted this plugin and I still have the same problem,
.Could it be that this plugin changed something on my files that even deleting the plugging (via ftp) is still causing a malfunction?
I deleted as well the sitemap created by this plugin and uploaded my own site map
